Oxford cloth: an underestimated all-rounder material

You may never have noticed its existence, but your outdoor backpack, camping tent, and even military equipment are likely made of a special material called Oxford cloth. This fabric originated in the UK and is woven with a unique warp and weft to form a high-strength checkered structure. It is neither ordinary cotton nor traditional canvas, but it perfectly combines the advantages of both.

Thanks to the double-layer high-density polyester fiber weaving structure, our Oxford cloth has excellent tear resistance while maintaining lightness: the weight is only 70% of traditional canvas, and the strength is more than 2 times higher, which can support large dogs to step on repeatedly.

Waterproof and breathable

Through the improved PVC coating process, the surface has a lotus leaf effect, and water drops slide off naturally. At the same time, the microporous structure allows air circulation, effectively avoiding stuffiness and humidity.

The surface is coated with an anti-slip coating, which can withstand washing more than 200 times while maintaining stable performance. The anti-ultraviolet treatment effectively extends the life of outdoor service.

Pet ramp: We usually wrap two Oxford cloths of different denier levels (Denier is a professional unit to measure fiber thickness and density) on both sides, and the internal interlayer is a high-strength plywood structure. This design not only ensures the surface is beautiful, non-slip, and wear-resistant but also improves the structural rigidity and service life of the product.

Pet bed: Oxford cloth is mostly used for the bottom and side panels to enhance support and anti-slip properties; the upper contact surface is made of Teslin mesh with better breathability. The splicing design of the two takes into account both firmness and comfort.
