Customers came in an endless stream, including many of our loyal old customers. Knowing that we would be exhibiting, they made appointments with us early. We were very excited to meet them again. Many cute pets also visited our booth. They couldn’t wait to try our new products, and in fact, they quickly adapted to them. Customers have great confidence in the quality of our products. One lady even walked repeatedly on the pet ramp in high heels, dancing boldly to show her high trust in the product. This fully proves that the quality of our ramp is enough to gain full trust from pets and their owners.

Exhibition preparation:

To ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition, we need

  • Make an appointment with the construction company in advance so that they can build an ideal booth according to our needs.
  • Prepare all exhibits in advance and design the size of the booth and the layout drawings to ensure that each exhibit can be properly displayed.
  • Contacting the exhibits’ logistics company is also an essential step to ensure that the exhibits can be delivered to the exhibition site safely and on time.
  • In order to communicate smoothly with customers from all over the world, we also need to prepare translation software to overcome language barriers and achieve barrier-free communication.
  • We recorded the route to the booth for the convenience of new and old customers.

Site preparation:

  • We have prepared detailed brochures and free branded shopping bags for our customers to help them get a deeper understanding of our products.
  • Arrange product cards and auxiliary material samples on the table in an orderly manner. We are used to attaching our business cards to each album to deepen customers’ memory of us. The busy process of product assembly has become an indispensable part of our daily life. After countless exercises, the purpose is to free up precious time for more critical links at the exhibition. When installing the ceiling, in addition to the assistance of the on-site master, we also personally participated in it to increase the installation speed.
  • After the installation is complete, we will conduct a critical confirmation link to ensure the product experience. We will test the extension function of the ladder several times to ensure that it is smooth and unobstructed when used by customers. At the same time, we will carefully check every detail of the product, such as zippers and buckles, to ensure that they are flawless and meet our high standards, so that customers can enjoy the best experience.
  • After the exhibition, we took photos with the customers and sent them to them in time. At the same time, we used CRM forms to record the customers’ information on the spot to deepen their impression of us.
  • We actively face the enthusiasm and expectations of customers throughout the process, patiently answer every question, and carefully display the highlights of the products. Looking at the satisfied smiles of customers, we know that all the efforts are worth it. This trust and support will inspire us to move forward, continue to innovate, and bring more high-quality products to pets and owners.
  • While paying close attention to the progress and status of our peers, we also observed some of our peers’ new attempts in product design and function, such as the use of environmentally friendly materials and innovative cooling technology. This information provides us with valuable market references, prompting us to continuously explore and optimize our products while maintaining our advantages and striving to stand out in the fierce market competition.

Many customers were attracted by our products on the spot, and we will pack them in real time. After three days, all our exhibits were ordered and signed on the spot. Thank you very much for your trust in us. After the exhibition, we seized the golden time:

  • Keep in touch with customers through email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and video software, and arrange video conferences to discuss the details of cooperation in depth to ensure that the needs of both parties are accurately matched.
